I began my career in marketing and product management after earning degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and UCLA Anderson School of Management, eventually working at companies including Mattel, Guthy-Renker, Intuit, and Beachbody. After becoming a mother, I found myself questioning whether the pace of my life and the definition of success I had inherited were truly sustainable. That reflection ultimately led me toward coaching, financial therapy, and personal development work that felt more aligned, meaningful, and life-giving.
I later earned a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, where I engaged in an intensely experiential course of study exploring consciousness, emotional healing, personal responsibility, unconscious patterns, practical tools for navigating life, and the relationship between inner and outer experience.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked as a coach and facilitator helping individuals navigate important decisions, identity, relationships, and the emotional dimensions of money, success, and well-being. Through the integrated Life Strategy process I helped develop through Five Oceans Advisors, I guide clients in exploring the interconnected relationship between money, career, relationships, health, and fun so they can live more intentionally and in greater alignment with what matters most.
I’m a Certified Financial Therapist™ and Accredited Integrative Enneagram Practitioner. In my work, I integrate frameworks and insights from both to help clients better understand their emotional patterns, motivations, blind spots, and relational dynamics. I’m also the author of Redefining Success for a Happier, More Authentic, and Fulfilling Life.
I live in Santa Monica with my husband, Marc, and our two children, and both my personal life and professional work continue to fuel a lifelong curiosity about the human experience and what helps people live with greater intentionality, compassion, resilience, and meaning.
